How long do I have to submit a request for a return or exchange?

You have thirty days from the time of your purchase.

How do I submit a request for a return and/or exchange?

All inquiries must be made via email. You can email us at [email protected] or by heading over to our contact page.

Where do I send my item(s) for a return and/or exchange?

Please contact us and we’ll provide you with shipping information including an address to send it. Our FOB is in Dexter, Michigan.

Are there return fees?

The buyer could be asked to pay return shipping fees unless there is an error in the order, or a quality control issue. A 20 percent restocking fee may also be applicable.

How are returns handled?

Your item will be refunded or exchanged when we receive the return package.

Can I return or exchange items that I purchased that were ‘on sale’?

Generally no, however, please contact us and certain accommodations may be able to be made.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

What carrier do you ship with?

We ship with either UPS or the USPS. 

Where is FOB?

We ship out of Dexter, MI in the United States. 

How long will it take for an order to get to me?

After production, any orders within the continental could take upwards of five business days to ship. This does not take into account handling times or any expedited shipping purchased by the customer.

International shipping times may vary.

Are there any customs or duty fees?

On any orders outside the United States, there’s always a chance of customs and/or duty fees depending on the country. Please check your own country’s guidelines when it comes to this.

What happens if if my item(s) are lost or damaged during shipping?

Generally speaking, we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping. However, please contact us and we’ll see how we can help you out.

Made on Demand

All of our items are made on demand individually for you. This process cuts down on excess waste and overproduction minimizing the footprint made from textile decoration.  

Product sizing

Size charts are available on each product page. However, please choose your size carefully as each product is printed on demand according to the customer’s parameters (size, colors, etc).

Decoration process

We use a variety of different decoration processes on our products. This includes traditional screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, direct-to-film, vinyl, and embroidery.
